Me and my wife booked the Boston West Hotel to visit family in Lincolnshire over the Xmas period, we have stayed in several local hotels over many years and have always found it difficult to find somewhere which was clean with modern facilities - although this was a few miles further from my relatives (obviously our choice) we were extremely impressed with the Boston West. We booked an upstairs room with a balcony and the room was clean and large with a good bed and bathroom/shower, the Wifi was free and seemed very fast. The restaurant on site was closed while we were there, however this aside we had a very comfortable stay - we'll definitely be using the BWH next time we visit.

The staff were a great help! I spoke to Tracey on the phone about travelling late and she reassured us we would still be able to check in and that she had let the security team know our rought ETA. We arrived really late in the night (3am) and had a really helpful staff member who helped us check in smoothly which we were grateful for as we were so tired. He was friendly and kind but we didn't catch his name! The room was large and the bed was enormous and comfy! We had to be up early to get ready for a wedding and having such a large room was helpful as I'm 8 months pregnant and not great with small spaces at the moment...!

Room was clean and the condiments were very good. Towels and soap are a nice addition. Limescale in kettle required several flushes to clear. I required the use of the toilet about 1.30 am only to find all power off and no lights available. The power itself did not come back on until early morning ,by which time too late for early morning cuppa, We went slightly early to the restaurant only to find no one around as service was supposed to start at 9. we left at 9.05 without breakfast as no one-looked to be making an effort and explain what the procedure would be.

The room itself was larger than expected and the beds were so comfy and also bigger than expected. The staff were all lovely and welcoming and even when we had an issue when we first arrived it was quickly dealt with and fixed. We had a lovely family walk in the evening, the surrounding grounds are gorgeous and you feel completely out of the way and wouldn't think you were near a main road at all. It was great to see the wildlife roaming freely and happily. Breakfast was amazing and the onsite facilities were great. We will definitely be back again!

The superior kingsize room with a balcony was lovely, clean and comfortable. It overlooked the golf course which in the summer would be lovely to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine. I liked the fact there were plug sockets and a mirror above the dressing table and the easy chair was a delight. The bathroom was clean and as a bigger person I was impressed that the bath towel was big enough to go around my body. The food in the bar/restaurant in the evening was great quality and value and the staff were courteous and helpful
